1. Application of the general conditions of sale
The order by the Customer presupposes the acceptance of all of the following general conditions.
The sale is addressed to consumers who have a shipping address in Greece. All of the products displayed in our online store are available while stocks last. In the event of a withdrawal or collection for an order concerning an unavailable product, filterkoupkas.gr undertakes to propose a product replacement or a refund to the customer within 10 days.
2. Notice Commitment
Filterkoupkas undertakes to notify by e-mail the customer who has ordered an unavailable product.
3. Presentation of the products
The products available for sale are described and presented in the most detailed way possible. However, if any variation occurs in relation to the presentation of the product, Filterkoupkas.gr bears no responsibility under any circumstances.
4. Price of the products
The prices are given in euros including all taxes for Greece. The VAT amount is included in the Product Price. If there is a change in the VAT rate, the change is included in the price of the products without prior notification to the Customer. Filterkoupkas reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but products are priced at the price in effect at the time each order is placed.
5. Identification
The customer who has already ordered on filterkoupkas.gr can choose an access code that will allow him, in subsequent orders, to avoid re-filling the form necessary for the order. 6. Shipping
Delivery time is always calculated in business days and from the day your order is shipped (weekends and holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery time). Filterkoupkas.gr is not considered responsible in the event of an emergency or force majeure that would delay delivery.

Warranties and returns
The guarantees are given by the manufacturer of the product and not by our company. Do not order parts if you are not sure you will need them.
Returns are accepted within 10 days when and only when:
We have previously agreed on the reason for their return.
The packaging and the product have been kept in excellent condition, like their original condition. Otherwise, our company has the right to refuse the return of the product.
In the event that the return of the product is accepted by our company, the payable amount is credited to the customer for a future purchase. No refunds are given.
Shipping costs are are to be paid by the customer. Only in the event of our own error will all costs are paid exclusively by us.

Returns - Guarantees
Our company is not responsible for fault diagnosis.
Start with a proper diagnosis and don't order parts you're not sure you'll need.
Returns are accepted within 10 working days and only when:
• They are accompanied by the dispatch note
• We have previously agreed on the reasons for the return
• Product and packaging are in excellent condition.
In the case of a product return accepted by our company, the amount payable to the customer is credited for a future purchase.
Refunds are not accepted.
The guarantees are always given by the manufacturer of the respective product and not by our company.
COLLECTION FROM THE STORE
After your order has been placed through our site or by phone and you have been notified that it is ready, you can drop by our headquarters at Pontou 23, Thessaloniki 546 28 and pick it up.
Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
If you cooperate with a transport company, we will deliver your order to its warehouses in Thessaloniki.
If you don't have any transportation after mutual agreement between us, we will find you.
The order is prepaid and shipping is paid to the shipping company upon receipt.
SHIPPING BY BUS The cost is from €5 to €10 depending on the volume and destination. Parcel volume restriction applies and some goods (batteries, oils, chemicals) are excluded. Goods and transport costs are prepaid.

For shipments within Thessaloniki
Destinations are calculated based on your postal code and you receive them the day after the day of dispatch.
The cost of transportation within the city of Thessaloniki is:

And plus €0.80 (without VAT) for each additional kilo.
For shipments outside Thessaloniki
